We are a team of experienced operators, designers, and builders with deep roots in e-commerce and consumer brands. We acquire founder-led CPG companies that have successfully gone from zero to one and partner with them to scale from one to ten.

Our approach is hands-on and long-term. We do not acquire companies to strip them for short-term gains; we act as dedicated stewards of brand legacy, values, and customer trust. We focus on adding the missing pieces founders need to unlock the next phase of growth while preserving what made the brand special in the first place.

We intentionally build a portfolio of symbiotic brands — businesses that strengthen one another through shared consumers, infrastructure, and capabilities — creating a platform that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Strategically, we acquire brands that serve the same high-value, hard-to-reach consumer — ingredient-literate, aesthetic-driven, and wellness-oriented — that legacy consumer conglomerates like P&G, Unilever, and Nestlé cannot authentically own. We prioritize brands that integrate naturally into daily consumer rituals: morning routines, nighttime wind-down habits, kitchen and flavor rituals, and other repeatable moments that drive loyalty and lifetime value.
